Monthly Step Challenge

No matter what your current fitness level is, I invite you to join me in walking 6 - 10K steps every day this month. Walking is a simple, low impact and effective way to boost mental well-being and improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and manage weight. Here are some ideas to make it through this monthly step challenge:

  • Walk outside while getting fresh air, connecting to nature and exploring your neighborhood

  • Walk at home with the guidance of fitness creators on youtube - search ‘10,000 steps indoor workout’

  • Listen to music or a podcast

  • Invite a friend to join you

  • Keep track using your health app or a pedometer

  • Remember that on some days, fewer steps are still better than no steps
